Deliveries throughout Colombia through national courier companies and in Bogotá through our internal messaging system. Delivery times vary according to your location, weather and roads:
Delivery times for Colombia are a maximum of 15 business days (except footwear, which can take 20 business days to reach your home in Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and the United States). Delivery times in Ecuador, Mexico and the United States are a maximum of 18 business days.
Keep in mind that Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays do not count as business days.
VALUE OF SHIPMENTS
- The cost of shipping depends on your location, the value will appear in the payment section (checkout), when you select the country, city and shipping address.
The first thing you need to do to see the status of your order is to log into your account, then access the “Orders” tab; once there you can choose the order you want to see its status.
If your order is in the “Completed” or “Processing” state, it means that the payment was received satisfactorily and the delivery is in process or has already been made.
